Yeah either CH2 isn't set to the right input, ADC2 isn't set to
select CH2, or INPUT_MODE is composite, I figured I'd cover all the
bases by setting all the applicable AFE to a known state. Audio is a a
wash though; I don't even know what 0.2 sets up for audio but I know
when I first started helping out backpanel line-in was sort of hit or
miss for me.
I recommend anyone with problems (especially the newer cards using the
cx25840) use the 0.3 series since 0.2 is not being actively
maintained.
indeed. For posterity, cards using the cx25840 are the PVR-150 and
PVR-500 (regular and MCE).
