Your tuner is set to 5.5MHz ("E0-1 sound carrier") and not to 6.5MHz as specified by the PAL-D/K. Not sure how this can be done correctly but I would suggest the ivtv-coders to add an option to be able to change the SIF frequence, as some PAL-M/N people also would like to choose 4.5MHz (our South American friends).
Please notify Hans V (on this mailing list) or report this on the ivtv-sourceforge (if this is still active)... > It was the 0.3.7a... switching back... test... > Oh, it has sound again. :-) Then the driver... This would really help as I know Hans V has been done most of the work since 0.3.7b... ie he would then be able to track down what setting he changed... > > > Hmm, can it be a "TCL MPE05 Mk2"?? > > Pff, it means nothing to me :-). Don't worry, this was more targetted to the developers... /Corax
