About renaming adc_hardware to adc, there are plenty const/var/... which are named "adc_hardware_<whatever>", so it's not that trivial. I mean, since there're issues on this lib, such as doc and 8bit low res support, I think this lib probably won't survice our next release cycle. Since it's not as important as delay_any_mc in term of consequences (after all, it's adc and it's hardware), and if you agree, I suggest we let it as is.
