Hi Guys, I am here to take over Seb's work, such as building the package 
and maintaining build bot. Please accept this as my application.

Rob, I don't know what goes into making device files. I hope you can add 
additional doc and let me know how I may collect each new microchip device 
file to make upgrading easy. Although I would not be doing so at this time.
