yes I use it for work/family - but only via skype etc.. not really a phone, certainly not mobile.
Here in .au we have had cheap(ish) video calling via 3 widely available - their agressive pricing meant lots of people/families picked up 3 phones (which do video nicely in general) - however, NOT ONE of the people I know uses the video call other then once for novelty. Even with cost being a non issue, I think people would choose not to do video. I mean really, I don't need people to know how much I sit around in my underpants - do *you* want to know that? no one should be punished with that. On another note, how about instead of video calls we could get SOME DECENT VOICE QUALITY FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD ! PUT THAT BANDWIDTH TO GOOD USE ! Someone decided, long ago, that 300Hz to 3kHz was enough for voice - its NOT !!! Yet with all our tech, we still have voice quality no better then when phones were first developed. Its total madness.
