Ahh, I remember that now..Thanks for that. This is not good for Google and Oracle as both had an interesting unofficial symbiotic relationship in place.. Maybe the other competitors might take a note of this & bring in the heat on them...sigh...
I really hope google keeps growing and uses its own language that cannot be sued..e.g. Go Language... Why do these guys don't listen to the concerns of the experts(see last URLs)..While Dalvik was happening, some were aware of this pending problems. I guess business always needs a few risks.. BTW, (off topic)..there is some interesting article on javaworld.com on handling USB issues(this is wrt to other threads on Motorola ,HTC and the problems in their h/w & s/w..)..These are well-known problems in h/w of htc (and s/w..ditto for motorola )..
