Sure, customers wants that - and indeed that's how it is in
Scandinavia. Could you ever imagine buying a computer only from an
ISP, mandating you must use their gateway? Do you think we would have
gotten where we are today, if it had been like that? (Need I mention
the outrageous roaming charges still in existence solely because the
carriers can still get away with it?)
