It's been a long time since I used Ccleaner. But these entries in the registry are not quarantined like viruses or whatever. They are just "cleared". But maybe you should read the documentation for more details. There might be an undo feature or something, and I do remember that it offers to (or at least recommends that you) save a backup copy of your registry before making any changes.
