KK what kind of anti-virus system are you using? What may be happening is that your anti-virus program is scanning an inbound message. Or, perhaps it's a bit sluggish and yousent a message which is only then being scanned as it's sent out. Occasionally, I get that problem where Jaws isn't reading the titles of the fields at the top of your E-mail page. Usually, switching out of E-mail and coming back wil fix the problem. You can also try refreshing your page by pressing F5. Finally, if all else fails, go through the Re-start sequence for Jaws itself. I don't no why it's picking up that scanning message. Take a look at your screen verbosity settings. They should be set on "Highlighted" only. Beyond that, you may need help from one of our Geek Squad members: David, Rick, Alex, Crhis Hallsworth, Denny Huff, etc. etc.
