Try going into your file menu, then arrowing down to work offline.  

Press enter on work offline (which will stop Win mail from trying to send
the message).

Go to your outbox either try to delete it or move it to another folder, then
delete once it gets moved to another folder.

If it initially doesn't work then exit out of Win mail and then start back
up and try to delete/move and delete again.

Remember that when you're all done to switch back to work online.

I have a message stuck in my outbox of Windows Mail.

I have checked it for virus and it is clean.  It cannot be deleted, moved, 
or sent.  If I try to do any of those choices it says "an unknown error has 
occurred"  Can someone give me an idea on how to remove it.

Using Windows Vista, and Jaws 9.
