Hi, Sounds like your outbox is corrupted. You will need to delete and recreate your entire folder structure, but once you delete it windows mail does the rest for you. To delete your folders, browse to your user folder then open app data,local, windows mail and delete local folders and windows mail.MsMessageStore (although you may want to back them up first,) then restart windows mail. All your folders wil be recreated, empty( this is why I suggest backing up first.)
