Hi Folks, Just to clarify things, I know perfectly well that this is a Windows shortcut, so I humbly request that people stop telling me that. I think the point of my message is that this keystroke is not working, not to find out where the keystroke originated. Whether it originated with Windows or Jaws, it will not activate my system menu, and this is frustrating at the very least, and tortuous at the most. Grins. In any case, with all due respect to everyone, yes, it is a windows keystroke, but unless you guys are trying to tell me this in order to show me a way to fix it, I really can't do anything about it. I'm actually thinking that it might conflict with another keystroke that is new in Jaws 10 that I don't know about. I am going to try using Jaws 9 and seeing if that version of Jaws allows me to use the keystroke, in which case, if it does, I will let everyone know and report back. Thanks for everyone's suggestions.
