Even after a re-start, I am faced with the same thing. The thing is, Donald, when I press the alt key, I get the standard file menus, and can arrow through them all, however, if I go to the left, of the file menu, or the right of the help menu, I just wrap around to the first menu, when these actions should take me to the system menu, so, as you can see, it's as if the menu isn't there, even though I can reach it with the Jaws cursor.
