Hello Gerald, I was able to access the log in screen, by doing the following,
1, go to the link you had posted, 2, find the my account link, 3, press the left click, 4, now press the letter, "e" =username, ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gerald Levy" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, May 05, 2010 3:26 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Unable to Access Web Site Log In Page Yep, after I hit Enter on "My Account", I pressed the E key, but JAWS announced "There are no edit boxes on this page." I tried JAWS 10 with the same result. But interestingly, when I tried System Access to Go, I was able to activate the "My Account" link and bring up the log in page with the user ID and password fields, and I was able to log in successfully to my account. Very strange.
