Hi Flor; Thank you sir for the helpful tips. Jaws reads the lettered buttons so it is not a problem clicking those but, I did not get any kind of error message and no confirmation / percentages messages. From my understanding the first " I " button is for accepting the license agreement and the 2nd " I " button is for the install. This is what I'm getting from my wife telling me what is happening as she is clicking on the buttons with the mouse. What I don't understand is why Jaws, both versions, locked up the way they did on the Adobe website. Thanks again, take care. Mike

Did you get an error message? It would be important to know that message, if you did. You won't really get a confirmation message if successful. Next time you are asked to install Adobe Flash updates, try toggling Screen Echo to All text - insert+s. Unless the accessibility is changed, With the above-mentioned buttons pressed in sequence, you'll hear percentages along the way. Also remember, 5the i button (when highlighted) is probably the one to go with. If you mistakenly press the Q button, you'll quit. (These buttons are in a tab dialogue.) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike & Barbara Arcadia" <[email protected]> To: "Jaws-Users List" <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, August 17, 2010 12:38 AM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Adobe Update > Hi All; > > I just tried updating Adobe when I received their update window.
