Hi Trish; I tried the same thing you have suggested on a different computer but, because I haven't gotten all the settings in this other computer the way I would like, I also had a problem getting the download to work. On the other hand this other computer may be up to date and I tried updating without making sure. I clicked on the accessibility link, and just arrowed down through all that stuff, made sure to uncheck to install the google tool bar first before clicking on the install button.
