Mike, I hear ya on this. I cannot consistently install this update with the below method. I find just going to the website and using the accessible link works best

You can bypass this problem by going to the Adobe website, and installing the latest version from the website after entering on the accessibility link Well, when I clicked on the accessability link, trying this with both Jaws10 & Jaws11 latest, they both locked up tighter than a frogs but at high tide. I couldn't Alt + F4 out or anything else I tried didn't work. The only way that I could get Jaws working again was doing a hard reboot with both Jaws versions. Has anyone else had any success withthe the above suggestions in updating Adobe? If so, how did you achieve it? I am running Jaws10 & 11 latest with XP Home. All help will be greatly appreciated.
