In addition to what I just posted... Before I went to the web page to download the flash player, I tried to download flash from the prompt that came up telling me that I needed to update. I tried to click on the I graphic but, there was no I graphic to click on the second time, like the previous person pointed out and I ended up getting no where. That's why I went to the web page and it worked out like a charm, thankfully.
