Thanks for trying.  I was hoping that the links could be deleted once the
text was moved into a MS Word file but that hasn't worked either.

So, in JAWS 11, if you go into the configuration manager, under settings / 
html options, under the links tab, there is a setting called Say Link 
Type, and it is a check box.  What is this supposed to do?

I unchecked it, and expected that JAWS would not say visited link, at the 
least.  Maybe not even say link.  But so ffar, I can't tell what it does 
since JAWS still says link, visited link,
