Hi Marilyn,
I believe the item you are referring to in the control panel,
is in fact, administrative tools, which is different than the one being
discussed.
The admin tool, that Mike referred to, is found in the add/remove programs
applet, and is specific to Jaws.
HTH,
Rick Justice

Mike and Gerald, I checked my control panel and found admin tools among the
31 selections next to the first one that is accessibility and then
add/remove hardware. So maybe this admin tools is what you (Gerald) should
enter on. Just a thought. Good luck. Marilyn
I'm using xp by the way.

: Hi Gerald,
:
: You should have both the admin tool & video intercept in your control
panel.
: I don't know why the admin tool is missing but, if you were able to
download
: a new video intercept, & run it, that is supposed to re-install the admin
: tool. Hope this helps. Take care.

: Mike,
:
: I just checked Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel, and there is no
: item labled Freedom Scientific Admin Tools. The only thing that comes
: close
: is the item labeled Freedom Scientific Video Intercept. Is this the item
: I
: should remove and then reinstall? Now I'm totally confused. Maybe I
: better
: load up on eggnog tonight. LOL!
