Be sure that view is set to normal. I think alt-control-n will do
it, but so will the view menu.

Hello;
Perhaps this has been discussed here before but I had nearly given up on
Jaws 13 so wasn't following. I can not read a .doc from MSWord 2003 on a XP
Pro machine. All I get from the pc cursor is silence unless I use the say
line. The say line keystroke says "blank" even if the jaws cursor can
read the line. Has anyone else had this behavior.
This problem may be connected with my problem with reading the headers in my
Outlook2003. I contacted FS support on the Outlook problem and received a
ticket number. I gave them a number and a time when I would be at the
machine. I received a message on voice mail when I was not at work. I
Called the number I was given and a cell number but never received a
return call. I'll say no more on FS support.
If anyone has a fix or work-around for either of these problems I would
surely appreciate it
Going back to Jaws 12 again.
