At work we are requested to lock our computers when not at the keyboard. The key stroke I use is windowsKey+l. I am running jaws 13 latest build and xp service pack 3.
When I envoke the WindowsKey+l it is not only locking my computer but it is also freezing my keyboard. It looks like as though jaws loses the keymap files so the keyboard does nothing and I have to do a hard reboot. It is intermittent and I haven't identify anything that would cause it to do so.
