You mean that still happens? I had that at work whenever the computer locked and had them turn it off on mine so I would not have to reboot but that was in about 2000. Long time for that to be cured or rather not cured.

The key stroke I use is windowsKey+l. I am running jaws 13 latest build and xp service pack 3. When I envoke the WindowsKey+l it is not only locking my computer but it is also freezing my keyboard. It looks like as though jaws loses the keymap files so the keyboard does nothing and I have to do a hard reboot. It is intermittent and I haven't identify anything that would cause it to do so. Has anyone else experienced this and have you found a resolution?
