I have not yet taken it to FS.  I wanted to find out whether it was an issue 
for others.  Apparently it isn't.
I will follow up with them next week.

Interesting,  that is exactly what I do but often the computer will not respond 
to any keystrokes including alt control delete.  Jaws will speak all keystrokes 
but will not execute them.  The only out is a hard reboot.
This only started with jaws 13.

I use Windows key - l about a bazillion times a day.  On my XP box with JAWS 
13, I have no problems.  I just do an alt-ctrl-del and type in my password and 
hit enter.  Works every time.  Can't use any JAWS commands or anything as they 
report nothing.

On my Windows 7 box, I haven't had as much luck.  Haven't investigated it 
closely enough, but seems to not work as smoothly.
