Interesting, that is exactly what I do but often the computer will not respond to any keystrokes including alt control delete. Jaws will speak all keystrokes but will not execute them. The only out is a hard reboot. This only started with jaws 13. I use Windows key - l about a bazillion times a day. On my XP box with JAWS 13, I have no problems. I just do an alt-ctrl-del and type in my password and hit enter. Works every time. Can't use any JAWS commands or anything as they report nothing. On my Windows 7 box, I haven't had as much luck. Haven't investigated it closely enough, but seems to not work as smoothly. -- Blue skies. Dan Rossi Senior Oracle Database Administrator Carnegie Mellon University.
