I will admit I am having problems like that as well but its not just jfw 15,
neither.
I go to my kable companies website and there are links to click but simply
pressing enter or spacebar and performing a left mouse click works here and
there.
This morning as a matter a fact, I was on the kable company website and using
one of the methods did work but it would be so much easier if the enter or
spacebar would be fine.
I know I should note tech support my experiences, but hey, if I can't beat
them, I'll join them so I'm here to say, me to!

Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] how to click on link that isn't recognised as link

I'm glad somebody raised this issue. Eric, I hope you follow this thread.

For reasons that will be clearer below, I encountered the same issue while
trying to renew my prescriptions at Express-Scripts.com. I added the RX's to
my cart, but then I couldn't get Jaws to check out. There was an item that
said "four items", but no matter whether I hit enter on it, tried left-clicking
it with the Jaws cursor, used Convenient OCR, etc. I could not get it to
activate. Jaws recognized it as a Span Element, whatever that is.

I didn't want to send the screen to Tech Support because it would obviously
reveal medical information. But, if that is necessary to resolve this issue, I
can probably set up a reminder in my calendar and do that in mid-February when
I can add thing to the cart again.

I was able to use System Access which recognized the "four items" as a link.
Unfortunately, once I did that, I couldn't duplicate the issue because I had no
more prescriptions to fill. Therefore, I cannot reproduce this issue at this
time, but Express Scripts is a large mail-order pharmacy that I'm sure fills a
lot of prescriptions for others.

Steve
