Hi Kimsan & Steve,

As Gerald stated if you open the context menu & press enter on the, Open, 
option, this will open stubborn links.  Now, I'm not saying this will work 
all the time but, in the few times I've used this option it hasn't failed 
me, as of yet anyways!  HTH

Sometimes, if hitting Enter or Space on a link doesn't activate it, using
the Open option on the Context menu will.
