Sometimes the best option is a different web browser.

Oh yeah, I forgot I used that option as well. At that time when I was writing
the email, I had way to many options to list and forgot one lol.

Sometimes, if hitting Enter or Space on a link doesn't activate it, using the
Open option on the Context menu will.

I will admit I am having problems like that as well but its not just jfw
15, neither.
I go to my kable companies website and there are links to click but simply
pressing enter or spacebar and performing a left mouse click works here
and there.
This morning as a matter a fact, I was on the kable company website and
using one of the methods did work but it would be so much easier if the
enter or spacebar would be fine.
I know I should note tech support my experiences, but hey, if I can't beat
them, I'll join them so I'm here to say, me to!

I'm glad somebody raised this issue. Eric, I hope you follow this thread.

For reasons that will be clearer below, I encountered the same issue while
trying to renew my prescriptions at Express-Scripts.com. I added the RX's
to my cart, but then I couldn't get Jaws to check out. There was an item
that said "four items", but no matter whether I hit enter on it, tried
left-clicking it with the Jaws cursor, used Convenient OCR, etc. I could
not get it to activate. Jaws recognized it as a Span Element, whatever
that is.

I didn't want to send the screen to Tech Support because it would
obviously reveal medical information. But, if that is necessary to
resolve this issue, I can probably set up a reminder in my calendar and do
that in mid-February when I can add thing to the cart again.

I was able to use System Access which recognized the "four items" as a
link.
Unfortunately, once I did that, I couldn't duplicate the issue because I
had no more prescriptions to fill. Therefore, I cannot reproduce this
issue at this time, but Express Scripts is a large mail-order pharmacy
that I'm sure fills a lot of prescriptions for others.

I am having a problem on some web pages where jaws isn’t recognising that
something can be clicked on and therefore won’t activate by entering on
it. The tab key completely skips past them too. Is there an alternative
command to allow me to click on items like these? I am using the most
current versions of both jaws and windows. Can anybody who may be able to
help message me directly please so that I don’t have to traul through the
lengthy digest to search for an answer? Thank you to anybody who can
