Do you know the name of the small program that Geek Squad asked you to
install? And does Geek Squad still charge you for this remote
troubleshooting even though you apparently can't get this program to work
with JAWS?

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Geek Squad Remote Support with JAWS 12
Twice now I have tried unsuccessfully to receive tech support from the
Geek
Squad 1800 location. I do everything required and it does not hook up with
the supporter into my system to work ultimately.
First you must enter a 6-digit code, then run a tiny program, accept,
then okay twice. I get all the way to the second okay and it never appears
on the screen that JAWS reads with the Pc or JAWS cursor. This has to be
one
of the most frustrating unfortunate situations for JAWS not to read
properly
apparently.
Has anybody ever successfully received this type of service using JAWS?
If so, was it difficult or what did you do that I cannot figure out? There
must be some trick.
Thanks always.
