It was some kind of Aplatt that took about 20 seconds to run. I am covered with a service contract so no charge. Local stores will not work on problems with software, so it seems. Do you know the name of the small program that Geek Squad asked you to install? And does Geek Squad still charge you for this remote troubleshooting even though you apparently can't get this program to work with JAWS?
