Once in a blue moon you'll even find one on the open market. The first example
I ever saw was "The Passion of the Christ," but, with all the hoopla and hype
surrounding that movie, this useful feature was never mentioned. Tom Hanks
fans may have also noted that "Road to Perdition" also has the feature.

Netflix now have descriptive movies, did you hear about that?

I have not seen the latest list; however, when the news broke, here is what was
said:
Netflix is beginning to deliver on its audio description promise quicker than
many had expected. As of this post, a total of 39 titles including Netflix
original serie and movies are now available with audio description. Of note,
this list includes a variety of shows that are described by third parties.
A new Audio Description link is available from the Netflix home page which
shows the current list, which is currently expanding raplidly. Here's the 39
shows available as of this post.

Hi tim; being cheeky is there any chance you would mind posting or mailing me
any Net Flix stuff you have?

I love my movies and have about 400 audio described DVDs and Blue Rays but have
never tried a service such as Net flix. Someone told me that if you start
playing a movie via Net flix and then pause it you can access the menus and
turn on audio description if it is available on that particular film...If that
is so then it sounds like something that would really suit me.

Thank you and best wishes

Andy
