Hello,

It's a visual thing, meaning Jaws cannot get to the link to cancel it.
May I suggest calling Microsoft accessibility number and have someone there 
assist you. 
They will tandum with your computer and quickly uncheck that item for you.

  it then scroll down to check my status or something click that and you will
  go to a webpage that says this computer has reserved a free copy of windows
  10
  if you scroll down I think there will be a link cancel my reservation.  I
