Hi Kimber,

I am using JAWS 16 with Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 Pro..
I receive attachments daily and what I do to access or print them is:
1. SHIFT TAB
2. CTRL + RIGHT ARROW to the first attachment
3. Hit your Applications key for printing or saving choices.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Can't access an attachment in outlook

Hi All,

I received an email from a work colleague that has an attachment. I
know this because outlook tells me there's an attachment as does the
text of the email. But no matter what I do, I can't locate the
attachment to either open or save it. There's no attachment tab and
when I explore with the jaws cursor there is no attachment either at
the top or the bottom of the email.

I've gotten other emails like this and I assume the inaccessibility
has something to do with how the sender attaches the document. But I'm
not certain what method produces this result.

Can anyone help? This attachment is the template for a report I need
to prepare, so it's pretty important that I gain access to it.

Thanks,
Kimber
