Hi Kimber,
While having the message open try pressing JAWS key plus a or tab and
shift tab to find the attachments list and down arrowto the attachment
you want and press enter.  If not, I would read through the text of
the email. It could be a link to a file on a service like Dropbox or
Google Drive.
