Hi, When using Windows 10, Outlook 13 saving attachments is a bit diffirent. Highlight the message but don't open it. Press alt+f for file and down arrow to save attachments and enter. Enter on okay Then you have dialog to save it. I wanted to save it to my external drive so I needed to shift tab to The tree view. Then I down arrow many times to elements which is closed and right arrow to open. Then my documents is closed and arrow to open. Everything is easy when you know how.
