Hi,
When using Windows 10, Outlook 13 saving attachments is a bit diffirent.
Highlight the message but don't open it.
Press alt+f for file and down arrow to save attachments and enter.
Enter on okay
Then you have dialog to save it.
I wanted to save it to my external drive so I needed to shift tab to
The tree view. Then I down arrow many times to elements which is closed and
right arrow to open. Then my documents is closed and arrow to open.
Everything is easy when you know how. Thanks to all on this list for
teaching me how.
Ann

Well I thought that if it was something you were going to work on, that you
would want to save it. Good that you figured it out.

Thanks Andrew. These instructions got me close enough that I was able to
save the attachment. The actual keystrokes were: alt+F then M.

Thanks again, and thanks to everyone who responded with suggestions.
