Gene, I hope I never have your experience with Amazon.com. For whatever reason, I find the standard site completely accessible, and don't plan to use any other version. I'm using IE11 and don't have your experience with unlabeled buttons. Don't know what to suggest, but hope you can ultimately find a solution.
