Although you didn't specify, I'm assuming you're using Outlook Express and
not Outlook. Whether you have Sent as a choice or not has no bearing at all
on what you can display, but it will have an effect on how you can sort the
messages. This is where the Hide button is used. Do the following:

1. Press ALT+V to open the View menu.
2. Press the letter C to open the Columns dialog.
3. Use the DOWN ARROW to navigate through the list of fields. Every time you
find one checked that you don't want, press TAB until you come to the Hide
button and press ENTER.
4. Now, go back to the top of the list of fields. If there are fields that
are now not checked that are listed ahead of fields you do want, use the
Move Down button to move each one until it's located after the last field
you want to display. The reason for this is that even if you don't display a
field, the space it uses will still be assigned and what you're doing by
moving undisplayed fields to the end of the list is to reclaim that space
for the fields you _do_ want displayed.
5. After you've got everything the way you want it, TAB to OK and press
ENTER.
