Subject: [jaws-users] A small problem with JAWS and Outlook Express

I made a discovery today that in JAWS 7.1, pressing the JAWS key plus the
numpad 5 twice quickly will not speak the phonetics of a letter.
This only happens in Outlook Express, however, as far as I can tell, because
the problem doesn't exist in Word.
Any ideas on how and if this is a quick fix or not?
