It can take much longer than that, although it seems as though there's a
HUGE penalty for jsp *init*, i.e. a one shot (read somewhere that it is
related to secure random being inited). After that each page takes some
time, but is ok.

I don't think the above affects the performance after the system is up
and running. Just in the beginning, which is bad for development and
demoing.
