Wrong! It is! Look at my earlier posts for that thread.

3.2.b7, 3.2 Final, 3.2.1 update - all work the same way

Maybe that's why it doesn't work for you. You have to restart Tomcat
when you add something in WEB-INF/lib

Rick, did you really give up? Maybe you need to move back to Mass
if it doesn't work under California sun?
