well.... our current site definitely shows signs of neglect. In regards to the comments, it is hard to know what is the cause and what is the effect. A stale site looks the part. Ideally a good site generates some life of its own. Especially in a community case where you don't have a team or individual dedicated specifically to keeping everything nice.
