+1 on UML. But I really have not been convince that Software
Engineering works with OSS. To much coding and no beer make Homer go
insane. :)
All the projects I have seen that people want to "Engineer" have just
been a lot of hot air and have never had any code actually cut.
Evolutionary software engineering is where it is at :)
