Hello.
I've tried for hours to install Jetspeed.
I've looked on the mailing list archive, but thereis no search
function, so it is very difficult to find infos. The documentation is
very tiny about installation and doesn't answer my question.
So.
I've got Apache 1.3.11 with JServ1.1. I've also got Cocoon, but I
disabled the handler for XML files.
The installation seems to work. But when I go to
http://myhost/servlet/jetspeed, I've got a =ABDocument contains no data=BB
message. The only URL that works is
http://myhost/servlet/jetspeed/screen/Admin (screen, without a =ABs=BB).
But the login doesn't work (Document contains no data).
Here is parts of my zone.properties:
servlet.jetspeed.code=3DTurbine
servlet.jetspeed.initArgs=3Dproperties=3D/opt/Jetspeed-1.1/src/config/Tur=
bineResources.properties
The rest of the config files for Turbine/Jetspeed have been changed
according to the installation instructions.
My first question is: A database is necessary? The prerequite doesn't
say it.
My second question is: In the administration section of the web site,
it said that the URL for admin is with a =ABs=BB at screen*s*. Whereis th=
e
problem?
My third question is: My do I have a Document contains no data message?
