I can't seem to navigate this web page: http://www1.nyc.gov/assets/dca/TaxMap/index.html I am trying to find free tax prep sites in Manhattan, NY that have in-person services and where you can walk in. I can't make the radio buttons check and when I tried to download the .pdf file instead of any other option, I can't go to the pages I need to find the Manhattan sites. What am I doing wrong? I thought government sites were supposed to be accessible? Sincerely, Lauren
