I don't have enough information. What version of Windows are you using? What screen reader and version are you using? Which browser are you using? Have you tried using another browser? For example, if you are trying to navigate the page with Internet Explorer, have you tried using Firefox? Some web pages don't play nice with all browsers. Some web pages don't play nice with any web browser interacting with a screen reader.
