I am using the latest version of Jaws, tried both IE and Google Chrome
and am using Windows 10.

Sincerely,

Hi, Lauren. I don't have enough information. What version of Windows are
you using? What screen reader and version are you using? Which browser
are you using?

Have you tried using another browser? For example, if you are trying to
navigate the page with Internet Explorer, have you tried using Firefox?
Some web pages don't play nice with all browsers. Some web pages don't
play nice with any web browser interacting with a screen reader.

Subject: Help with web page navigation

Hi:

I can't seem to navigate this web page:

http://www1.nyc.gov/assets/dca/TaxMap/index.html

I am trying to find free tax prep sites in Manhattan, NY that have
in-person services and where you can walk in. I can't make the radio
buttons check and when I tried to download the .pdf file instead of any
other option, I can't go to the pages I need to find the Manhattan sites.

What am I doing wrong? I thought government sites were supposed to be
accessible?

Sincerely,

Lauren
