No! Speed and voice settings are not made that way. Speed is adjusted from voice settings in the main JAWS menu. These are universal. Under the same menu, you can choose to adjust voice parameters for JAWS cursor, PC cursor, keyboard, and tutor and messages. I don't think I'm leaving anything out. If you want different combinations for different apps, each can have its own profile, set to start when that app is loaded or switched to.
