Go to Quick Settings with Jaws Key  plus V
In the edit Box type in punctuation, or parts pf to.
Then press down arrow and you will hear Punctuation, and the setting it
currently on.
Press Space Bar until you hear All, then hit Escape to leave the settings .

I want to adjust the voice, rate of speed and read all punctuation settings.
I did this successfully with Outlook and Internet Explorer, but it didn't go
