I think there are three parts to your post. On the FS tech support person, I'd urge you to call back and run your questions by someone else and/or demand to speak to a supervisor. I've had problems with some FS people, but for the most part I find them professional.
On navigating the Amazon website to make purchases, etc., I find the regular (as opposed to the so-called accessible) website quick and easy to use. From time to time, when they make changes to the website, something goes haywire, but Amazon's web designers mostly respond quickly to concerns I and others have brought up with them. You could post specific questions here on this list, and I think you'll find most will be answered. The exception is your third point, the Amazon Music player. I don't use it myself, but a friend who is an experienced and ingenious JAWS user who hates iTunes is corresponding with Amazon in an attempt to get them to fix problems with the music player. No good news there, at least for now.
