Hiya, My Duet's arrived today. I followed the instructions very carefully. I even remembered to copy the MAC address from my remote and enter it into the wireless routers MAC-lock settings.
I could not get the thing to work. Every time I make the remote connect with the SBR it refused, saying it could not connect to the network. After 30 minutes, having done a +-battery-in reset on the controller because I was sure something bad was up, I finally twigged. I hadn't entered the MAC address of the SBC into my router. So, if you're feeling frustrated... remember how you set your network up - if you used a wireless key AND MAC locking, then remember that you have *two* wireless devices that are new.
