Is this from experience, or from what you've read? Is it really more

devices in a 220/240v outlet if you *both* 1) have phase problems with
powerline signals *and* 2) your SC7 host is too far from an AC jack on
the other "side" of your wiring to put an RF-enabled module like a
TM751 on each "side" of your AC? (You can use a TM751 as a powerline/RF
bridge -- whatever RF commands it sees it will resend as powerline
signals, even if they're for different house codes.)

No doubt! Given how similar the SBR is to the Squeezebox Classic, I
have to wonder whether an aftermarket headphone/IR mod that
PowerSwitchII and IRBlaster could support would be feasible. Sean,
Felix, care to comment on that? Is the Wolfson-using analog section too
different for the DIY crowd to solder in mini phone jacks?
